some blogs make me cry, but this one makes me drool.

it's been forever since i read your blog. i'll have to grab a latte and catch up. :)

good to see you got out for a date. the keg is one of our favs. it's so hard, but so essential to make time with your spouse a priority, even when you have little ones who require so much attention. good for you!!

So glad you guys had an evening together. And can I just say: I'm a Newcastle fan, too! :) When Kurt and I got our "date" night last Friday (Peyton stayed overnight at the farm) we had Big Rock Traditional Ale: very Newcastle-y. :)
Merry Christmas, Kim!

Oh what a nice post:) YUM! We have had a coupon for the KEG for (cough) months now and not found the umph to just go... I hear you on the date thing, we are terrible at out of the house dates! After years of no family near by we are stuck in a habit of free dates at home. We also do things like rent seasons and watch together and if there is a cup of tea included we count that as a date. We have found lots of affordable date ideas out there too so don't freat about being single income (we are there too) it is possible to find fun for free! or near free! We finally used the gift certificate we had for john's that we got when Dannan was born... she is three and a half...;P

Can I say YUM again after reading your post!? My biggest desire is to find a way to have double dates!! I have pals who apparently do it a lot but it is something my man and I haven't really tried.
